This two day course introduces agility in general and Scrum in particular.

We pay attention to the Agile manifesto, go in detail into the processes, tools and deliverables of Scrum and teach the relevant concepts. We propose interactive and collaborative exercises that anchor the knowledge and lay the foundation of better collaboration. You will also run a full Scrum simulation and build a product together in a couple of iterations. 

The training is available both in classroom and on-line.

Learning goals

After the training, participants should have a good understanding of:

  • Scrum, its ceremonies and roles

  • An understanding of flow and Kanban

  • Basics of agile team dynamics

After the training, participants should be able to certify as Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Team Member.
