SAFe DevOps Training
The main driver for organisations to move to agile is 'faster to market'. This training will teach you how to achieve significantly faster delivery through DevOps in a SAFe context. SAFe proposes the CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps to achieve the change in mentality.
This two-day course provides a thorough overview of best practices in requirements gathering, software building, test automation, resilient infrastructure and release on demand. The course provides deep insight into how these practices can be used to eliminate bottlenecks and quality issues to create a smooth flow of value creation in your value stream and delivery pipeline.
You will build a concrete improvement plan your own delivery pipeline. The course also prepares you for the optional SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification exam.
ADJUGO organizes public training sessions in Brussels (check our Training Calendar). The training is also available for in-house sessions. Please contact us if you are interested.
